My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was lovely and nicely decorated for my anniversary but in need of refurbishment, especially the tacky and worn bathroom. However, a faulty light in the bathroom was a nuisance. The service was excellent, with staff always pleasant, polite, and very efficient, although the facilities could use an update. The location was decent for me but may not suit someone looking to be in the town center. The dining experience was good overall, but there were a few shortcomings.
